edit short-form, performance-driven video ads that increase the number of winners our creative team produces.\nIn order to achieve this, you will work with our scripts, creative briefs, UGC footage, product demos, voiceovers and AI-generated assets to deliver 1-2 finished ads per day, then learn from performance data to make every next edit better.\nIf you understand why some ads convert and apply.\n\n===================\nResponsibilities\nEdit short-form, performance-driven video ads, mainly for Meta, from scripts and creative briefs.\n\nCreate strong, attention-grabbing hooks and test multiple variations of each ad.\n\nWork with UGC footage, product demonstrations, AI-generated content, voiceovers and other creative assets.\n\nAdapt every ad into the formats we need, mainly 9:16 and 4:5.\n\nIterate on winning ads, testing new variations and creative approaches to improve performance.\n\nReview feedback inFrame.ioand turn revisions around quickly.\n\nAnalyse ad performance and break down what makes our winning creatives successful.\n\nCollaborate with other video editors, copywriters and the marketing team, and share learnings in daily team calls.\n\nBring your own hook and creative ideas, not just execute the brief.\n\nStay up to date with new editing techniques, AI tools and successful ads in the market.\n\nManage your own workload in ClickUp and consistently meet deadlines.\n\n=================\nRequirements\nProven experience editing short-form video ads, ideally for DTC, e-commerce or performance marketing brands.\n\nA portfolio of direct-response ads you edited, with examples of hooks, pacing and storytelling built for retention.\n\nA strong understanding of what makes a direct-response video ad perform.\n\nAdvanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills.\n\nExperience with UGC content, product footage and different editing styles.\n\nComfortable using AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Veo 3, Nano Banana, Kling, OmniFlash or Seedance, or willing to learn fast.\n\nStrong attention to detail and visual quality.\n\nAble to work independently, take feedback well and communicate clearly with an international team.\n\nExperience withFrame.io, ClickUp
