We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Admin to join our high energy team. The Sales Support Admin will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, coordinating and facilitating both pre-sales and post-sales activities.\nWe offer growth opportunities with potential for advancement.\n\nThis position will work out of our corporate headquarters in Hudson, OH.\n\nSchedule is 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.\n\nEmployer paid vacation.\n\nBenefits available included medical/dental/vision, life, short and long-term disability insurances, and 401K Retirement Savings Plan.\n\nOngoing training and development.\n\nKey Responsibilities of the Sales Support Admin:\nCoordinate administrative activities that enable efficient execution of sales initiatives before and after customer transactions.\n\nUtilizes CRM system to monitor account activity, extract data, run reports, and assist in managing prospects.\n\nUnderstand and support sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.\n\nProvide data and information as needed for monthly and quarterly business reviews.\n\nPrepare slides and assists in presentation preparation for customer meetings, or internal sales reviews.\n\nBe knowledgeable of GEMCO’s product offering and reimbursement programs.\n\nResearch trends and technical developments through related publications and training sessions to maintain current knowledge and specifically meet customer requests.\n\nOnboard new sales team members into the CRM and other systems, as needed.\n\nRequirements\nKey Requirements for the Sales Support Admin:\nPreferably 2+ years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experience.\n\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.\n\nMust be highly proficient with MS Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\n\nExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) preferred\n\nExcels in a teamwork environment.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nDemonstrate good time management skills business acumen.\n\nGEMCORE, a family of companies headquartered in Hudson, Ohio - Edwards Health Care Services, GEMCO Medical, GemCare Wellness, and GEM Edwards Pharmacy- offers a core set of healthcare solutions by partnering with manufacturers, providers, employer groups, insurance groups, and patients to deliver high quality healthcare products and innovative services to proactively better lives.
