This role is designed to develop future team leads who can contribute to digital transformation and data-informed decision-making.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nAI Application and Workflow OptimizationAnalyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI or automation enhancements; execute proof-of-concept when applicable\nAssist in implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.\n\nCross-Departmental RotationRotate through CEO office, corporate operations , business, operations, marketing, or HR teams to solve real problems using AI solutions\nSupport documentation of improved processes and create internal guides for AI usage\n\nData Gathering and Insight ReportingSummarize use cases and results in internal reports\nAutomate routine data tasks or dashboard updates (e.g., Google Sheets + GPT integrations)\n\nContinuous Learning and Knowledge SharingStay up-to-date with emerging AI tools\nOrganize and deliver internal sharing sessions or proposals for new AI applications\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED:\nCurrently studying or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (STEM, business, or social science background preferred)\nFamiliarity with at least one of the following: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.\nExperience using automation tools like n8n\nBasic knowledge of Python or SQL is an advenage\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nGood problem-solving ability and structured thinking\nCuriosity and willingness to self-learn new technologies\nHas this role caught your Interest?
