The successful candidate will coordinate quality initiatives across departments, lead audit activities and drive improvements in processes and quality performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Quality Management System\nDevelop, implement and maintain the QMS in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, including ISO 9001.\nWork with Heads of Department to establish and update quality policies, procedures and supporting documentation.\n2. Audits and Compliance\nConduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to assess compliance with QMS and QA requirements.\nLiaise with certification bodies on audits and certification activities.\nInitiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from audit findings.\nEnsure compliance with applicable BSCI requirements.\n3. Continuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement improvements to processes, products and services.\nLead cross-functional teams in quality improvement projects.\nMonitor quality KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.\n4. Training and Quality Awareness\nMonitor training programmes to ensure employees understand and comply with QMS and QA requirements.\nCommunicate quality requirements across all levels of the organisation.\nPromote quality awareness and continuous improvement.\n5. Supplier Quality\nCollaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish and maintain supplier quality management processes.\nConduct regular supplier assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.\n6.
