Associate Trainer
Objective of the Role
To enhance Sales and Operations performance by identifying capability gaps and delivering targeted training and development interventions. The role will ensure new joiners are effectively trained and floor-ready, existing employees continuously improve their product, process and sales capabilities, and training initiatives ultimately contribute to higher productivity, better customer outcomes, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Stakeholder Connect
Maintain direct and regular connect with Sales and Operations teams to understand real-time business challenges, performance gaps, and process changes. Translate business requirements into relevant training interventions.
2. Training Needs Identification (TNI)
Conduct Training Needs Identification through performance data, call audits, stakeholder feedback, and business observations. Identify individual and team-level capability gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
3. Product & Process Training
Deliver product, process, sales, and behavioural training as per business requirements. Ensure employees have a clear understanding of products, processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
4. New Joiner Training (NJT)
Handle NJT batches from training planning to certification/readiness. Deliver structured induction, product, process, and sales training. Track trainee performance and ensure readiness before floor deployment.
5. Training Content & SOP Management
Create, update, and maintain training decks, SOPs, process documents, assessments, and training resources. Ensure training content remains aligned with the latest business processes and product changes.
6. Sales & Operations Support
Provide administrative and analytical support to Sales, including data entry, report generation, tracker management, scheduling, and performance updates. Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth execution of training and business initiatives.
7. Revenue & Business Contribution
Contribute directly to revenue generation by making outbound calls, engaging with clients/leads, and driving closures when required. Identify opportunities where training interventions can improve business performance.
