ISDS, ADV) und dem Submissions- und Vertragswesen\n Leitung oder Mitarbeit in den Teilprojekten Recht von PTI-Projekten\n Verfassen von Musterstellungnahmen zu Vernehmlassungen und Unterstützung der Kantone bei Vernehmlassungen des Bundes zu PTI-Themen\n Beratung und Schulung der PTI-Gremien und -Fachgruppen zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Bereich Polizei-Technik, -Informatik und Telekommunikation.\n Zusammenarbeit mit verwandten Fachstellen aus den Polizeikorps, der KKPKS, der Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten von Bund und Kantonen, etc.\n Ihr Profil:\n\n Abgeschlossenes juristisches Master-Studium\n Affinität zu Technik, IT und Polizei erforderlich\n Anwaltspatent und Erfahrung in der Beschaffung und im Bereich Datenschutz von Vorteil\n Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in verwandtem Tätigkeitsbereich\n Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Französischkenntnisse (mind.
