Vous diagnostiquez et résolvez les incidents de façon autonome ou en coordination avec des partenaires internes/externes. Vous organisez votre planning d'interventions ainsi que vos déplacements. Vous faites le suivi et communiquez proactivement l'état d'avancement des tickets.\nProfil:\nDiplôme ES en informatique\nMinimum 5 ans d'expérience en support technique et applicatif (N1 et N2)\nBonnes connaissances des environnement MS 365 / Cloud, Windows Server, AD\nBonnes connaissances réseau et sécurité (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, PowerShell, VPN)\nFrançais courant.
