Aufgaben

  • Termingerechte Abwicklung, Planung und Führung von Obsoleszenz-Projekten im internationalen Umfeld
  • Support des Verkaufs bei LifeCycle-Themen und Erstellung technischer Offerten
  • Planen und Führen von internen Engineering- und Zulassungsaktivitäten
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungen für den Weiterbetrieb von Fahrzeugen verschiedener Typen und Generationen
  • Planung von Lösungen für obsolete Komponenten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Flottenmanagement
  • Führung eines interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Koordination der Projektleiter:innen LifeCycle

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektronik, Mechatronik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Projekten, ggf. Programm- oder Portfoliomanagement
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Engagement
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Eisenbahnindustrie oder im Anlagebau, idealerweise Engineering und Zulassung
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft von 10-20%
