You believe in knowledge sharing and in the power of a brave, forward-looking, and innovative developer community willing to challenge existing ways of working.\nIn this hands-on role, you will build and operate the shared platform, automation, and agentic development capabilities that help our teams deliver independently and efficiently at scale. You will develop these capabilities together with product teams, validate them in real delivery work, and turn proven solutions into reusable tools, practices, and guardrails. As an experienced engineer, you will encourage and help other teams adopt the capabilities through hands-on collaboration, technical guidance, and clear documentation.\nThe position is based in Helsinki, but you can work remotely from anywhere in Finland in line with our flexible work concept. We also value regular face-to-face collaboration, as working side by side helps us maintain a strong team spirit and supports fast-paced development and learning.\nWhat you’ll do\nYour primary focus will be improving how we develop software and engineering capabilities. Depending on your strengths and interests, your work may span application development, platform engineering, AI-assisted development, and DevOps enablement. You will\nhelp foster a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning that enables faster delivery of customer value\n\nbuild reusable platform and agentic development capabilities that improve software delivery, quality, and developer productivity\n\ndevelop platform services that increase team autonomy, including CI/CD, observability, cloud infrastructure, and self-service tooling.\n\nvalidate new capabilities with development teams and scale successful practices across the organization.\n\ncollaborate with business, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver customer value and continuously improve how software is developed at DNA.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe are not looking for one “perfect profile”.
