Our platform is meticulously engineered to communicate with customers at every aspect of the service, repair, and maintenance journey, ensuring positive and memorable experiences.\nAbout the Role\nmyKaarma is looking for a highly hands-on Recruiter to join our People team on a contract-to-hire basis.\nThis role is designed for someone who can step in quickly, understand what we need, build candidate pipelines, and move hiring forward without a lot of infrastructure or oversight.\nThe immediate focus will be supporting high-volume hiring across U.S. operations and customer-facing functions. This will include sourcing and pipelining candidates, managing active requisitions, coordinating interviews, and helping hiring managers consistently move qualified candidates through the process.\nWe are looking for a recruiter who is comfortable operating at pace, knows how to source beyond job postings, and can balance volume with sound candidate judgment. The role may expand over time as our recruiting needs evolve, but the immediate priority is execution and recruiting capacity.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn recruiting activity across a portfolio of U.S. operations and customer-facing roles.\nBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand the role, clarify requirements, and establish an effective sourcing approach.\nConduct recruiter screens and provide clear, concise candidate assessments.\nCoordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps while maintaining a strong candidate experience.\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information in Rippling.\nProvide regular visibility into pipeline health, activity, and hiring progress to leadership and hiring teams.\nSupport recruiting projects and additional hiring needs as priorities evolve.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe right person is a strong individual contributor recruiter who can hit the ground running.\nYou likely have:\n4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an environment with meaningful hiring volume.\nStrong sourcing skills and demonstrated ability to generate candidate pipelines proactively.\nExperience recruiting for operations, customer success, support, sales, implementation, or other customer-facing roles.\nComfort managing multiple requisitions and changing priorities at the same time.\nStrong recruiter judgment and the ability to distinguish between activity and actual pipeline quality.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nStrong organization and follow-through.\nExperience working directly with hiring managers and influencing recruiting strategy when needed.\nExperience with an ATS; Rippling experience is a plus.\nA practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to recruiting.\nHow You'll Stand Out\nYou will stand out if you are the kind of recruiter who can take a new requisition and immediately answer:\nWhere are the candidates?
