organizational effectiveness, and business outcomes.\nUse data storytelling and insights to influence decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.\n5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role.\nExperience supporting business, operations, commercial, customer-facing, or corporate functions within a fast-paced organization.\nProven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.\nStrong knowledge of talent management, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and engagement.\nExperience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.\nStrong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and translating insights into action.\nExcellent stakeholder management, coaching, consulting, and communication skills.\nStrong understanding of labor law, HR practices, and people
