Support of PCB layout reviews, including high-speed design considerations.\nDevelopment of test plans and execution of hardware verification and validation testing.\nBring-up and qualification testing of prototype hardware, bench work to debug prototype and production hardware using laboratory instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers).\nSupport of Non-Conformance Dispositions and root cause analysis in production. Investigation and resolution of nonconformances and field failures.\nClose collaboration with firmware, software, mechanical, supply chain, manufacturing and quality teams.\nSupport of design reviews, risk assessments and technical documentation.\nEnsuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.\nWhat you bring with you\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar.\nExperience in designing electronic hardware products.\nProficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools (preferably Altium or KiCad).\nStrong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power supplies (especially isolated and non-isolated DC/DC converters), signal integrity and EMC/EMI principles.\nKnowledge of microprocessors, FPGAs and communication interfaces.\nExperience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers and network analyzers.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nA structured, collaborative way of working with colleagues from different disciplines.\nFluent written and spoken English communication skills, German is a plus.\nA plus for us would be experience with high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, DDR or LVDS.\nA plus for us would be experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical or telecommunications, including standards such as ECSS, MIL-STD-461G or IPC.\nWhat we offer you\nHave you always wanted to wear your favorite space outfit to work?
