If that’s you, keep reading\nWe’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to help us chase one big goal: the happiest customers around. You’ll be the person our customers know by name, the one who gets them up and running, helps them out of tricky spots and shows them what Mynt can really do.\nWe’re a small team, so your work matters from day one. You’ll talk with customers every day, work closely with colleagues across the company and dig into market research that shapes our decisions. And since we’re growing fast, there’s lots of room to grow with us.\nFull-time, based at our Stockholm office, reporting to our Head of Customer Success, Mathilda.\nWhat you’ll be up to\nWelcoming new customers and getting them off to a flying start\n\nBuilding real relationships with our partners, beyond the usual “per my last email” kind\n\nStepping in as 2nd line support when things get tricky\n\nComing up with new ways to make customers even happier\n\nOwning your work and helping shape how we do things\n\nHelping customers get the most out of Mynt, from integrations to best practices to training\n\nDown the line, showing new colleagues the ropes\n\nWhat you bring to the table\nYou love helping people, and it shows\n\nYou’re curious about tech and get a kick out of seeing businesses grow\n\nYou communicate clearly and warmly, whether you’re writing or talking\n\nYou’re fluent in Swedish and English (and also great if you speak Finnish)\n\nBonus points if you have a technical background or IT support experience\n\nEven more bonus points if you know some basics about accounting.
