With 110+ employees across Sweden, Finland, and Norway, we are entering an exciting phase of scale and international expansion.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for an Executive Assistant to become the right hand of Baltsar, our CEO. You'll run his calendar, keep his inbox under control and make sure his time goes to what moves Mynt forward.\nThis isn't a \"book the meeting room\" role. You'll be a force multiplier: the person who sees what's coming, clears the path and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Full-time, in our Stockholm office.\nWhat you'll own\nThe calendar. Plan, protect and optimise Baltsar's schedule, so focus time stays focus time and the right meetings happen at the right moment.\n\nTravel and expenses. Book trips, build itineraries and keep expense reports in order (in Mynt, of course).\n\nScheduling and coordination. Set up internal and external meetings, juggle time zones and handle the many reschedules with a smile.\n\nThe inbox. Triage incoming email, flag what matters, follow up on loose threads and draft replies when it makes sense.\n\nFirst point of contact. Be the friendly, sharp face for investors, partners and guests reaching the CEO's office.\n\nMeeting prep. Make sure Baltsar walks into every meeting prepared, with agendas, materials and context ready, and that action points get followed up afterwards.\n\nMake things smoother. Spot what's slowing things down and fix it, using AI and smart tools to work smarter, not just harder.\n\nTo be clear: this role is all about Mynt's business. No private errands.\nWho you are\nYou're the kind of person where things just get done. You think two steps ahead, stay calm when the calendar explodes and enjoy bringing order to a busy week.\nYou probably have:\nA few years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, ideally from private equity, investment or another fast-paced, high-stakes environment\n\nAn action-oriented mindset: you'd rather pick up the phone and sort it than wait for an email reply\n\nA strong sense of discretion: you handle confidential information with care\n\nSharp organisational skills and an eye for detail\n\nClear, friendly communication in both Swedish and English, written and spoken\n\nConfidence with Google Workspace, Slack and similar tools, and curiosity about using AI in your daily work\n\nA low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude\n\nBonus points if you:\nHave supported partners or senior leaders in private equity, venture capital or investment banking\n\nHave experience coordinating board meetings or investor contacts\n\nGet a kick out of building systems and routines that make everyone's life easier\n\nWhat we offer\nA front-row seat to how a fast-growing fintech is built, working side by side with the CEO\n\nReal ownership from day one: you’ll shape how the CEO’s office runs, not just keep it running\n\nA warm, ambitious and low-ego team that likes to win together\n\nDon't tick every box?
