As a fast-growing fintech scale-up, our product is at the heart of everything we do. It keeps evolving to give customers more value and to grow the business sustainably.\nWe're looking for a Product Manager to own one of the core areas of our offering: cards, payments, expense management, integrations with accounting platforms, or travel products. You'll own your area end to end. That means finding the problems worth solving, deciding what to build and what not to build, and making sure it ships and makes a difference.\nThis is a role for someone who combines clear product thinking with strong execution. You'll work closely with engineering, design, partners and our commercial teams. You'll spend a lot of time with customers, suppliers and industry players to understand problems first-hand before shaping solutions.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the roadmap for your product area and tie it to clear business and customer outcomes\n\nTalk to customers regularly, and turn what you hear and what the data shows into well-defined problems and priorities\n\nWrite clear specs and make good trade-offs between scope, quality and speed together with engineering and design\n\nWork with external partners such as card issuers, payment providers and suppliers to scope and deliver solutions\n\nDefine success metrics for what you ship, follow up on them and iterate based on the results\n\nKeep stakeholders aligned on what's coming, why it matters and what you're saying no to\n\nKey skills we're looking for\nProblem framing: You can turn a vague request into a sharp problem statement with a clear \"why now\" and a measurable outcome\n\nPrioritisation: You make hard trade-offs, back them with reasoning and data, and are comfortable saying no\n\nCustomer insight: You dig past what customers ask for to understand what they need, and you know the difference between the two\n\nData fluency: You're comfortable pulling and interpreting data yourself, and SQL is a plus\n\nExecution: You keep projects moving, spot blockers early and get things done without waiting to be asked\n\nClear communication: You write and speak clearly and adjust your message for engineers, executives, partners and customers\n\nTechnical understanding: You're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and system constraints with engineers\n\nCommercial sense: You understand how your product makes money and how your decisions affect revenue, cost and risk\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech\n\nA track record of shipping products that moved a measurable metric\n\nA university degree in Engineering or a closely related field\n\nFluent in Swedish and English\n\nBonus if you have experience or knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping, including vouchers, VAT, and reconciliation workflows\n\nWhy you’ll love it here\nBe part of an amazing team in a fast-growing scale-up.\n\nEnjoy a flexible working environment with a great office location in central Stockholm.\n\nShape your own development and responsibilities based on your passion and interest.\n\nRecurring social and team activities, wellness allowance, 30 vacation days and competitive salary.\n\nThe position will be filled as soon as we find a suitable candidate.
