build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and highly available infrastructure.\nManage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation using DevOps best practices.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software releases.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability and monitoring tools.\nTroubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.\nImprove system reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.\nManage containerized applications and orchestration platforms.\nAutomate repetitive operational tasks to improve engineering productivity.\nCollaborate with development and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and production stability.\nParticipate in incident management, on-call support, and disaster recovery planning.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.\nMandatory experience working with product-based companies.\nExperience in high-scale technology environments, preferably consumer tech, fintech, or other high-traffic platforms.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nStrong knowledge of Linux, networking, scripting, and troubleshooting.\nExperience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\nFamiliarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, production reliability, and incident management.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing infrastructure for large-scale consumer-facing or fintech products.\nExposure to microservices, distributed architectures, and high-availability systems.\nExperience with cloud cost optimization, autoscaling, and performance tuning.\nKnowledge of security best practices and disaster recovery
