reliability, performance, security and observability.\nWork closely with Engineering, Product, SRE, DevOps and Security teams to build robust platform capabilities.\nDrive modernisation of existing systems and adoption of modern architectural patterns.\nSolve complex technical challenges involving high availability, fault tolerance, latency and scale.\nMentor senior engineers and architects while influencing technical direction across teams.\nEvaluate new technologies and make pragmatic build-vs-buy and architecture decisions.\nTranslate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nRequirements: \n13-19 years of strong software/platform engineering experience.\nProven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and platforms.\nStrong understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architecture and system design.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP.\nStrong knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD and infrastructure automation.\nSolid understanding of databases, caching, messaging and event-driven architectures.\nExperience with high-scale, highly available production systems.\nStrong understanding of observability, reliability and performance engineering.\nExcellent architecture, problem-solving and technical communication skills.\nAbility to influence engineering teams and drive technical
