You’ll work across our partner network, internal product teams and shared platform, balancing customer needs, technical complexity and commercial outcomes.\nYou’ll have real ownership, from discovering the right problems and shaping strategy through to delivery, partner launches, measurement and iteration.\nWhat you'll do\nLead the product strategy across our partner network, focusing investment on the biggest customer problems and measurable business outcomes.\nTurn strategy into a clear roadmap, partnering with Design, Technology, Data and Marketing to deliver meaningful customer and commercial value.\nLead customer-led discovery with partners and employers to uncover friction, understand emerging needs and identify growth opportunities.\nUse funnel data and experimentation to improve onboarding journeys, measuring whether changes genuinely move completion and activation.\nOwn product relationships with partner leaders and work directly with their engineering teams to navigate integrations and solve problems.\nOwn and evolve the shared platforms Flare’s product teams build on, continually improving scalability, reliability, quality and security.\nInfluence senior stakeholders across Flare, MYOB and our partners, making clear calls on competing priorities and backing decisions with data.\nWhat you'll bring\nSenior product management experience, ideally across a B2B platform, API, integration or partner-led product.\nStrong product discovery and critical thinking, with a track record of turning customer insight and data into decisions that made an impact.\nA data-driven mindset. You’re comfortable with experimentation and funnel analysis and know how to separate a genuine product problem from a measurement problem.\nCommercial fluency and confidence using customer, product and financial data to prioritise investment and deliver measurable outcomes.\nStrong partner management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders inside and outside the business and create alignment through complexity.\nEnough technical understanding of APIs and integrations to work credibly with engineers and navigate technical conversations.\nHigh standards. You notice the details others miss, care deeply about the experience you’re creating and keep looking for ways to make it better.\nA little about you\nYou don’t need to be the deepest technical person in the room, but you’re curious enough to get into the detail when it matters.\nYou can move comfortably between a conversation with engineers about an integration, a partner executive challenging a decision and an internal discussion about where to invest next.\nMost importantly, you take ownership. You don’t see shipping as the finish line.
