Our mission is to promote growth, independence, and a high quality of life for the individuals we serve.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide support, supervision, and engagement to students in their living, school, and community environments. You will play an integral role in building relationships, teaching life skills, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. This position offers an opportunity to work hands-on in a supportive, structured environment and make a lasting impact in the lives of others.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDirect Care & Student Support\nProvide supervision, engagement, and mentorship to students in residential, educational, and community settings.\nAssist students with nightly living tasks such as hygiene and personal care.\nModel and teach appropriate behaviors and coping strategies.\nSupport students in developing and practicing social, emotional, and life skills.\nSafety & Incident Management\nImplement safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situations.\nUse approved crisis intervention techniques when necessary.\nAccurately document incidents, daily summaries, and observations.\nRemain alert and awake for the entirety of assigned shifts to ensure the safety and supervision of individuals served.\nTeam Collaboration & Communication\nMaintain open communication with teachers, therapists, and supervisors regarding student progress and concerns.\nAttend team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.\nPromote a collaborative and respectful work environment.\nSchedule\n3rd Shift - 11:00pm to 7:00am\nWeekend shifts required on a rotating style basis.\nHoliday shifts are required as part of the rotation.\nFlexibility required to meet student and program needs.\nComprehensive Employee Benefits Package\nAt T.C.
