Harris campus, Academy, and group homes safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll perform a variety of building and grounds maintenance tasks, respond to maintenance needs, and help ensure facilities meet agency and State standards.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nPerform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs\nComplete preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections\nMaintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and facility systems\nRespond quickly to emergency maintenance needs\nUse a computer-based work order system to document and track work\nFollow agency safety, confidentiality, vehicle, and maintenance procedures\nParticipate in required training and maintain current licenses or certifications\nParticipate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service needs during assigned on-call times\nCommunicate professionally with staff, students, and other internal and external contacts\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nLicense or certification in a building trade\nAt least 2 years of maintenance or building trade experience\nExperience using hand and power tools\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment\nExperience using a computer-based work order system\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nAdditional Information\nMyPath and its Operating Companies provide specialized services and dignified care for children, adolescents and adults with special needs.
