Empowered by Everyone to Transform Lives.\nOverview\nHiring a Service Coordinator ( Program Manager ) to lead multiple programs including employees, operation of assigned households, and serves as the primary contact between the guardian, client, and company. This role leads programs that support adult clients with behavioral and/or medical disabilities.\nWork with clients directly in the field and spend time in the office for documentation. Experience in homecare is highly preferred.\nAs aProgram Manager, you will :\nInterview and complete onboarding of new hires, including training of standard precautions.\nDevelop and manage individual service plans (ISP) for assigned clients\nEnsure delivery of services outlined in ISP for client population across multiple programs\nMust be open to responding to program emergencies including those outside normal business hours.\nEnsure medical treatment supplies are available within programs and direct care staff are trained on administration and logging of required treatments\nServe as primary contact for hospital staff regarding emergency treatments and hospital stays\nOversee household operations including: maintenance reports, menu development, grocery shopping, housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, and activity planning\nPerform HR and payroll functions for direct reports including: interviews, orientations, training, performance monitoring and evaluation, coaching, and corrective action\nManage client funds and valuables in a responsible manner\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred\n3 years experience in direct care and 2 years supervisory experience preferred\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nFlexibility, autonomy, responsiveness, and a high level of initiative\nAbility to travel to different work locations, training sessions, and meetings\nValid Wisconsin driver’s license with 3 years of acceptable driving record\nPersonal vehicle with insurance\nBenefits:\nCompensation is commensurate with location and experience\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nPTO after 60 days\n401k with stock benefits\n Referral Bonus Program - $2,000 Bonus per positive referral\nTuition Reimbursement and Loan Pay-down Programs\nEmployee Assistance Programs\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nReferral program\nTuition reimbursement\nVision insurance\nAdditional Information\nMyPath and its Operating Companies provide specialized services and dignified care for children, adolescents and adults with special needs.
