The Therapist will function as a treatment team leader, providing clinical expertise in behavior management, counseling, and therapeutic interventions. This role includes developing and monitoring treatment programs, facilitating therapy sessions, and providing training to direct care staff.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClinical Services & Treatment Coordination\nDevelop and implement individualized therapy plans and behavior treatment programs tailored to each student's needs.\nFacilitate therapeutic group sessions, such as social skills training, anger management, and relaxation techniques.\nContinuously monitor and assess students' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effectiveness.\nProvide direct individual therapy sessions for assigned students, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with clinical guidelines.\nCollaborate with the treatment team to coordinate student admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition and appropriate follow-up care.\nParticipate in crisis intervention, utilizing approved behavior management strategies to ensure student safety and well-being.\nStaff Training & Supervision\nDevelop and implement training programs for direct care staff on behavioral intervention techniques, de-escalation strategies, and therapeutic approaches.\nProvide ongoing guidance and supervision to staff, ensuring consistent implementation of clinical treatment strategies.\nAssist in the orientation and onboarding of new employees, familiarizing them with clinical services protocols and student-specific treatment plans.\nWork closely with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, case managers, and healthcare providers, to coordinate and enhance student care.\nEnsure compliance with all legal and ethical mandated reporting requirements to protect the safety and well-being of individuals served.\nFamily & Community Engagement\nActively involve families in the treatment planning process, ensuring their input and collaboration in therapeutic interventions.\nOffer family counseling services and provide resources to help guardians develop effective child management skills.\nFacilitate communication between families and the treatment team, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support.\nCoordinate and attend county case reviews, court hearings, and legal meetings as necessary to advocate for students' best interests.\nComprehensive Employee Benefits Package\nAt T.C.
