Working closely with Risk & Compliance, Legal, Technology and Operations teams, you will lead the delivery of key policy, process, system and governance changes to ensure compliance with evolving AML/CTF obligations and AUSTRAC expectations.\nThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract role, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nLead the end-to-end delivery of HUB24’s AML/CTF reform program, ensuring all initiatives are implemented within regulatory timeframes.\n\nDevelop and manage the implementation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks and critical deliverables.\n\nTranslate AML/CTF legislation and AUSTRAC requirements into practical business outcomes, embedding compliant policies, processes and controls.\n\nDrive governance and operational uplift activities, including support for the transition to the new reporting group structure.\n\nPartner with stakeholders across Risk & Compliance, Legal, Technology, Operations and business teams to ensure accountability and successful delivery.\n\nCoordinate business readiness activities, including process improvements, system enhancements and operational change management.\n\nFacilitate workshops, working groups and stakeholder forums to resolve issues, manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.\n\nWhat you bring\nYou don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.\nExperience & Skills\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Risk & Compliance, with relevant professional qualifications.\n\nStrong understanding of AML/CTF legislation, regulatory obligations and AUSTRAC expectations.\n\nExperience delivering complex regulatory change programs, including policy, process and systems implementation.\n\nSpecialist financial crime qualifications, with ACAMS highly regarded.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively at senior levels.\n\nHighly organised, analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProven ability to build trusted relationships, work collaboratively and drive outcomes in a complex environment.\n\nOur process\nWe aim to keep the process simple and respectful of your time:\nYou’ll receive an acknowledgement after applying.\nOur Talent team will review your application and keep you updated.\nIf shortlisted, we’ll connect to learn more about you.\nInterviews may be virtual or in person.\nYou’ll receive an outcome and feedback.\nIf you need any adjustments, please let us know - we’re here to support you.\nOur commitment\nWe’re committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported to do their best work.
