You’ll support the delivery and ongoing improvement of financial data feeds into Class, working with external feed providers as well as Product, Development, Testing and Operations teams.\nYou’ll be involved across the delivery lifecycle, from gathering requirements and analysing data through to testing, issue investigation and supporting new feed integrations and enhancements.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupport requirements gathering for new data feeds, provider onboarding, enhancements, upgrades and operational improvements\nWork with internal teams and external providers to understand and document business and technical requirements\nAnalyse financial data including transactions, balances, holdings, security information, cash accounts and documents\nCreate and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings and supporting documentation\nSupport testing activities including test scenarios, test data, execution, defect management and outcome validation\nAssist with investigating feed issues, data exceptions and processing incidents\nMaintain accurate Jira tickets, operational procedures, knowledge articles and supporting documentation\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, workshops, backlog refinement and requirement reviews\nMonitor and communicate progress, risks, dependencies and issues to stakeholders\nContribute to improvements across feed quality, automation, operational processes and customer outcomes\nWhat you bring\nYou don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.\nExperience & Skills\n1-3 years’ experience within Business Analysis, Operations, Support, Technology, Financial Services or a related environment\nExperience or exposure to the SMSF sector, superannuation or accounting platforms would be highly regarded\nSome experience with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping or documentation\nAn interest in working with data, integrations and technology, with a basic understanding of APIs, structured data files or file-transfer processes highly regarded\nIntermediate Excel skills and an interest in data analysis and reconciliations\nExposure to testing, UAT, defect management or incident support would be beneficial\nFamiliarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail\nClear written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders\nA curious, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop your technical and financial services knowledge\nExposure to financial services, wealth management, accounting software, data feeds, SQL or provider integrations would be advantageous, but isn’t essential\nOur process\nWe aim to keep the process simple and respectful of your time:\nYou’ll receive an acknowledgement after applying.\nOur Talent team will review your application and keep you updated.\nIf shortlisted, we’ll connect to learn more about you.\nInterviews may be virtual or in person.\nYou’ll receive an outcome and feedback.\nIf you need any adjustments, please let us know - we’re here to support you.\nOur commitment\nWe’re committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported to do their best work.
