You’ll bring structure to complex pieces of work, keep stakeholders aligned and ensure actions, dependencies and deliverables continue to move forward.\nThis is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working across different teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving technology environment.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDrive the coordination and delivery of initiatives across the Data Products portfolio\nLead planning and execution across multiple concurrent products and workstreams\nCoordinate product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activities\nCoordinate testing activities across relevant teams and ensure actions and outcomes are followed through to completion\nSupport the delivery of regulatory and business requirements impacting Data Products\nDevelop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, action registers and status reporting\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies across initiatives\nMaintain visibility of progress and ensure key activities and deliverables remain on track\nWork closely with Product, Technology and broader business teams to coordinate priorities and dependencies\nProvide clear and regular updates on progress, priorities, risks and outstanding actions\nFacilitate meetings, workshops and working sessions to progress initiatives and resolve blockers\nPrepare presentations, status updates, reporting and supporting documentation for stakeholders\nAdapt plans and priorities as business needs evolve\nWhat you bring\nYou don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.\nExperience & Skills\nExperience in implementation, project delivery, transformation, program coordination, enablement or a similar delivery-focused role\nExperience coordinating software, technology, data or transformation initiatives\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, products or workstreams concurrently\nStrong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills\nA proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and independently drive activities through to completion\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence across different teams and levels\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions and delivery timelines\nStrong communication, facilitation, presentation and documentation skills\nAn understanding of data products, technology solutions or data environments\nStrong attention to detail while maintaining sight of broader priorities and outcomes\nA collaborative and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving skills and follow-through\nExperience within financial services, fintech or another complex technology-led environment would be advantageous\nExperience supporting technology transformation, system migration or new technology implementations would also be highly regarded\nOur process\nWe aim to keep the process simple and respectful of your time:\nYou’ll receive an acknowledgement after applying.\nOur Talent team will review your application and keep you updated.\nIf shortlisted, we’ll connect to learn more about you.\nInterviews may be virtual or in person.\nYou’ll receive an outcome and feedback.\nIf you need any adjustments, please let us know - we’re here to support you.\nOur commitment\nWe’re committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported to do their best work.
