We have over 1,100 employees across Australia, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and the Gold Coast.\nWhy you’ll enjoy working here\nWe create an environment where you can do your best work and see the impact of it.\nWork with smart, collaborative people who get things done.\nYour ideas won’t sit in a backlog, they’ll be heard, tested and actioned.\nGrow your career your way, with support to learn, stretch and explore new opportunities.\nWe also offer benefits to support you inside and outside of work:\nGenuinely flexible and hybrid ways of working.\nEmployee Share Scheme.\nAdditional leave and wellbeing support.\nEnhanced parental leave and support through different life stages.\nEveryday benefits, including discounts and financial wellbeing support.\nWhy this is an exciting opportunity\nHelp translate regulatory change into practical, sustainable outcomes across HUB24's products and platform.\nWe are looking for an experienced Regulatory Implementation Manager to join our Product Governance & Oversight team within Platform Product.\nYou will support the effective implementation of regulatory and legislative change, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, coordinated and embedded in a controlled and scalable way.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupport the assessment and implementation of regulatory and legislative change impacting HUB24 products, platforms and business processes. \nWork with Legal, Risk & Compliance and subject matter experts to translate regulatory requirements into clear business and implementation requirements. \nCoordinate impact assessments across products and business functions, identifying dependencies, risks and implementation considerations. \nEstablish implementation actions, responsibilities and timeframes with accountable business owners and delivery teams. \nMaintain traceability from regulatory requirements through to implementation outcomes and evidence of completion. \nMonitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies, providing clear updates through governance forums and to senior stakeholders. \nFacilitate cross-functional workshops and develop practical implementation artefacts, documentation and process maps. \nSupport regulatory reporting implementation by coordinating data, process and technology dependencies across Data, Operations, Finance and Technology teams. \nIdentify opportunities to strengthen regulatory implementation practices, processes and controls. \nWhat you bring\nYou don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.\nExperience & Skills\nA bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or a related discipline. \nAt least five years' experience in business analysis, regulatory implementation, regulatory change or a similar role within financial services. \nStrong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, gap analysis and process mapping. \nExperience translating regulatory or legislative requirements into practical business and implementation requirements. \nA strong understanding of financial services.
