You bring broad expertiseacross infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and services, along with the ability to translate complex technologies into practical strategies that advance clients’ business objectives. \nAbout The Role\nThe Director of Client Solutions Architects for the Northeastleads the regional Client Solutions Architect team and helps customers connect business priorities to practical technology solutions and services. \nThis is a player-coach role that balances team leadership with client-facing responsibilities. The Director coaches and develops CSAs, helps allocate resources across the territory, supports complex pursuits, and may step directly into a CSA role for key customers when additional leadership, continuity, or thought leadership is needed. \nThe Director works closely with Account Executives, CSAs, Specialists, Practice leaders, Professional Services, Managed Services, and strategic technology partners to improve solution quality, strengthen customer relationships, and support growth across Northeast accounts. \nSuccess is measured by the performance and development of the CSA team, the quality of customer engagements, effective support for priority accounts, and the ability to turn customer needs into well-scoped opportunities across Myriad360's capabilities. \nMust be based in the United States and reside in New York City. Travel regularly throughout the Northeast and attend client, partner, and company meetings as business needs require.\nOther responsibilities include: \nLead, coach, and develop the Northeast CSA team while remaining available for hands-on customer work. \nStep into the lead CSA role for key customers or complex pursuits when additional coverage, continuity, or technical leadership is needed. \nCoach CSAs and Sales teams on discovery, solution development, technology storytelling, business outcome alignment, whiteboarding, and workshop facilitation. \nServe as a trusted technology advisor to customer technology, infrastructure, security, and business leaders. \nPartner with Account Executives and CSAs to identify where stronger technical engagement can expand the customer relationship. \nHelp move client conversations from tactical purchases toward multi-year strategic relationships. \nMaintain strong awareness of major enterprise technology trends and translate them into relevant client conversations. \nProvide thought leadership across Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG and agentic AI, data center modernization, networking, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, automation and observability, platform engineering, Managed Services, Enterprise Service Management, and operating-model transformation. \nRepresent Myriad360 in customer briefings, client events, industry panels, technology summits, webinars, and partner engagements. \nSupport complex, multi-practice opportunities where customer context and technical strategy are critical to success. \nBuild strong relationships with technical leaders and architects across strategic OEM partners. \nBring OEM insights, roadmaps, and innovation into relevant client conversations. \nHelp identify where Myriad360 can create differentiated joint solutions with strategic partners. \nMaintain enough technical depth to step into key accounts while knowing when to engage deeper specialists. \nRepresent Myriad360 with credibility across customers, internal teams, and the partner ecosystem. \nComplete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section\nIdentify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts \nOther duties as assigned \nDesired skills and experience: \nMust reside in New York City and be able to travel throughout the Northeast. \n10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture, systems integration, or related roles, including team leadership or mentoring responsibilities. \nExperience engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders in customer-facing environments. \nBroad knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, automation, AI, and services. \nDemonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business strategies. \nExperience shaping complex enterprise technology programs and transformation initiatives. \nStrong customer communication, facilitation, whiteboarding, and presentation skills. \nProven ability to lead complex pursuits and provide hands-on CSA support when needed. \nExperience working across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Delivery organizations. \nStrong understanding of technology partner and OEM ecosystems. \nExperience at a national technology integrator, consulting company, VAR, MSP, or major enterprise technology provider. \nPrior experience as a CSA leader, solutions architecture manager, Principal Architect, Lead Architect, or technical consulting leader. \nExperience developing customer technology roadmaps and strategic account plans. \nFamiliarity with Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG, agentic AI, automation, observability, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity strategy. \nExperience speaking at client events, industry panels, customer briefings, or technology conferences preferred. \nA Little About Us \nOur mission is to challenge and enable our employees to achieve great things. \nWe live and breathe our core values: \nWe Before Me: We demonstrate empathy through our actions and solicit diverse voices and opinions.
