You will perform wireless surveys and RF analysis, support WLAN implementations, and create the technical documentation required to deliver high-quality customer solutions.\nWorking alongside Senior Wireless Engineers, Technical Project Leads, Project Managers, and Delivery Operations, you will gain exposure to complex enterprise mobility environments while progressively taking greater ownership of customer engagements.\nThis role directly impacts customer experience, technical delivery quality, and the continued growth of Myriad360's Enterprise Mobility practice. You will have opportunities to expand your RF expertise, develop experience across multiple wireless platforms, and grow toward independent project and technical leadership.\nThis position requires travel to customer locations for wireless surveys, implementations, and other project activities, including occasional after-hours maintenance windows.\nMust be based in the United States.\nOther responsibilities include: \nWireless Surveys & RF Analysis\nPerform predictive, passive, active, and validation wireless surveys using Ekahau Pro and Ekahau Sidekick\nAssist with enterprise WLAN assessments, RF analysis, wireless design, troubleshooting, and optimization\nAnalyze wireless coverage, capacity, interference, channel utilization, and other RF performance factors\nValidate wireless designs against customer requirements and real-world environmental conditions\nIdentify potential RF issues and recommend appropriate design or configuration adjustments\nProduce professional wireless survey reports and customer-ready findings\nWireless Design & Implementation\nAssist with the design and implementation of enterprise wireless solutions\nStage, configure, install, and validate wireless access points, controllers, switches, and supporting infrastructure\nSupport wireless migrations, refreshes, expansions, and modernization projects\nValidate access point placement and installation against approved wireless designs\nAssist with WLAN security, authentication, roaming, and connectivity configurations\nParticipate in implementation activities, maintenance windows, and post-deployment validation\nTroubleshooting & Optimization\nTroubleshoot wireless connectivity, coverage, capacity, roaming, interference, and performance issues\nUse RF analysis and wireless diagnostic tools to identify root causes and recommend remediation\nAssist with post-deployment optimization and validation\nCollaborate with senior engineers and vendor support organizations to resolve complex technical issues\nDocument findings, corrective actions, and lessons learned\nDocumentation & Customer Engagement\nCreate survey reports, design documentation, implementation notes, and as-built deliverables\nParticipate in customer discovery meetings, technical discussions, project reviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions\nCommunicate project status, technical findings, and potential risks clearly to project teams\nMaintain accurate documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle\nRepresent Myriad360 professionally during customer engagements and onsite activities\nPractice Development & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with Senior Wireless Engineers and Technical Project Leads to develop technical expertise and delivery capabilities\nContribute lessons learned, reusable documentation, templates, and technical standards to the Enterprise Mobility practice\nStay current on evolving Wi-Fi standards, wireless technologies, tools, and industry best practices\nPursue relevant technical training and certifications\nShare knowledge with peers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture\nComplete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section\nIdentify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts\nOther duties as assigned\nDesired skills and experience: \n3-5 years of experience in enterprise wireless networking, WLAN engineering, network engineering, wireless consulting, or a related field\nHands-on experience using Ekahau Pro and Ekahau Sidekick for predictive design and onsite wireless surveys\nWorking knowledge of RF fundamentals and IEEE 802.11 wireless networking technologies\nUnderstanding of WLAN security, authentication, roaming, interference, capacity, and troubleshooting concepts\nExperience with one or more enterprise wireless platforms such as Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper Mist, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Extreme, or similar technologies\nExperience staging, configuring, deploying, or troubleshooting enterprise wireless infrastructure\nStrong technical documentation and reporting skills\nExcellent written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills\nStrong organizational and problem-solving capabilities\nAbility and willingness to travel to customer locations for surveys and deployments\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nCWNA, CWSP, CWDP, or active progress within the CWNP certification track\nEkahau ECSE Design, ECSE Advanced, or related Ekahau certification\nCisco, Aruba, Juniper Mist, Meraki, Ruckus, Extreme, or other relevant vendor certifications\nExperience working within a Professional Services, Systems Integrator, VAR, Managed Services, or consulting organization\nExperience
