development activities\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement\nRecruit, onboard, and retain top project management talent\nProject Delivery Leadership\nOversee successful delivery of customer projects across multiple technology practices, including Data Center, Network & Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Field Services, Managed Services, and Professional Services\nMonitor portfolio health, including schedule, budget, scope, quality, resource utilization, risks, and customer satisfaction\nProvide executive training programs that strengthen project management capabilities across multiple technology practices\nMentor project teams delivering complex infrastructure and technology implementations\nEstablish career progression paths and promote continuous professional development throughout the PMO\nReinforce PMP best practices and project management excellence\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner with Sales to improve project transitions and customer handoffs\nCollaborate with Engineering leadership on resource planning and delivery readiness\nWork closely with Finance to improve forecasting, project profitability, and financial accountability\nAlign project delivery with Professional Services strategic objectives\nSupport enterprise initiatives focused on scalability, operational maturity, and customer satisfaction\nResource & Portfolio Management\nManage PMO resource capacity, workload balancing, and staffing priorities\nOptimize project assignments based on customer needs, technical complexity, and team capabilities\nIdentify resource constraints and develop proactive mitigation strategies\nMonitor project portfolio performance and proactively address delivery risks\nImprove forecasting accuracy, delivery predictability, and portfolio health\nDesired skills and experience: \nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required\n8+ years of experience leading Project Management teams within Professional Services, Systems Integration, Managed Services, Technology Consulting, or related organizations\nExperience managing Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators\nDemonstrated success delivering complex technology implementation projects across multiple technical disciplines\nStrong knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile project delivery methodologies\nProven leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing project management professionals\nExcellent executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational leadership skills\nStrong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority\nExperience managing portfolios consisting of multiple concurrent customer engagements\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading PMOs within a Systems Integrator, Value-Added Reseller (VAR), Managed Services Provider (MSP), or Technology Professional Services organization\nExperience delivering Data Center, Network & Security, Cloud, Collaboration, Field Services, or Enterprise Infrastructure projects\nExperience with PSA, ERP, and project management platforms such as NetSuite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, ConnectWise, or similar solutions\nExperience developing PMO governance frameworks and organizational project management maturity\nExperience with project financial management, forecasting, resource planning, and executive portfolio reporting\nPMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), PgMP, or other advanced project management certifications preferred\nTechnical Skills
