You also use productivity and AI tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support better collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and partner teams. \nAbout The Role\nThe Alliances Associate supports the growth of technology Partners by helping execute partner programs and joint go-to-market activities with leading technology Partners. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as partner counterparts, to support partner-sourced pipeline, improve partner engagement, and help ensure solutions and services align with partner initiatives. \nMust be based in the United States. \nOther responsibilities include: \nPartner Relationship Support \nSupport day-to-day relationships with key partner contacts and help coordinate recurring partner touchpoints. \nAssist with quarterly business reviews by preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on commitments. \nMaintain partner documentation (program requirements, contacts, enablement resources) and help socialize updates internally. \nBusiness Development & Pipeline Support \nIdentify and track joint opportunities in collaboration with sales and partner teams. \nSupport partner processes to help accelerate opportunities through the pipeline. \nAssist with Market Development Funds (MDF) requests, tracking, and reporting in alignment with internal guidelines. \nGo-to-Market Coordination \nHelp coordinate joint GTM initiatives (campaigns, webinars, field events) with marketing and partner teams. \nSupport development of partner-facing and internal enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, solution overviews). \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to help package services with partner technologies (e.g., infrastructure modernization, networking, cloud, security, automation, edge, and high-performance networking). \nIndustry & Partner Engagement \nParticipate in partner and industry events as needed to support relationship building and program execution. \nStay current on relevant technology and partner ecosystem trends and share insights with internal stakeholders. \nReporting & Operational Support \nTrack and report on partner activities and performance metrics (e.g., sourced/influenced pipeline, MDF utilization, enablement completion). \nHelp ensure internal alignment by coordinating across sales, engineering, operations, and marketing on alliance-related initiatives. \nComplete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section \nIdentify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts \nOther duties as assigned \nDesired skills and experience: \n3+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel programs, or business development (technology preferred). \nFamiliarity with technology solutions and commercial concepts (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, partner programs). \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through on details. \nClear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners. \nProficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and CRM/partner portals (experience preferred). \nAbility to use AI tools to maximize productivity and efficiency and automate manual tasks. \nPreferred \nExperience working with technology vendors and their partner programs. \nExperience supporting joint marketing initiatives or sales enablement efforts. \nA Little About Us \nOur mission is to challenge and enable our employees to achieve great things. \nWe live and breathe our core values: \nWe Before Me: We demonstrate empathy through our actions and solicit diverse voices and opinions.
