You also take pride in mentoring others, helping elevate technical rigor and consultative skills across the organization.\nAbout The Role\nThe Senior Client Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping technical strategy for high-value, multi-practice opportunities at Myriad360. This role carries full ownership of solution architecture from discovery through design validation and deal progression. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that align with client goals and business priorities. As a senior technical leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to CSAs and engineers across the organization.\nMust be based in the United States and reside in Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, and Long Beach) and/or surrounding areas.Travel up to 40% may be required.\nOther responsibilities include: \nLead sophisticated, multi-practice discovery sessions centered on achieving business outcomes rather than focusing solely on products\nAssume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities\nProactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering\nEnsure alignment across practices by driving cohesive architectural solutions and well-defined execution pathways\nPartner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning\nCollaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)\nServe as a key technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle\nMentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling\nContribute to the development of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources\nRepresent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings\nComplete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section\nIdentify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts\nOther duties as assigned \nDesired skills and experience: \n7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting\nDemonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions\nAdvanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes\nBroad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas\nCapability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles\nRelevant OEM certifications are highly preferred\nA Little About Us \nOur mission is to challenge and enable our employees to achieve great things. \nWe live and breathe our core values: \nWe Before Me: We demonstrate empathy through our actions and solicit diverse voices and opinions.
