sessions, and solution walkthroughs across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service teams.\nCreate detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Data Mapping documents.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Integration teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nSupport Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Fields Service, CPQ and ERP integrations.\nAnalyze existing business processes and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.\nPerform impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments for new business requests.\n\nSupport Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\n\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and manage defect resolution.\n\nSupport data migration activities, data validation, and integration testing with ERP systems.\n\nDevelop training materials, user guides, release documentation, and business process documentation.\n\nMonitor post-deployment issues, support Hypercare activities, and ensure successful business adoption of new Salesforce functionality.\n\nSkills & Expertise\nSalesforce Sales
