Flutter Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem, tools, and mobile development trends.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong ownership and accountability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Good understanding of Android and iOS application development concepts.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of state management approaches such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with JSON parsing and local storage solutions (Shared Preferences, Hive, SQLite, etc. ).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Push Notifications).
• Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
