Requirements

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Owning the end-to-end ecommerce growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention

• Identifying and prioritising the biggest growth opportunities across the business

• Leading CRO, experimentation, and optimisation across all digital touchpoints

• Owning and executing a structured CRO roadmap across product pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout, using testing to continuously improve conversion rates

• Turning data into clear, actionable strategies that drive revenue growth

• Collaborating with marketing, supply, tech, and ops to execute growth initiatives

• Building and refining lifecycle strategies to increase repeat purchase and customer value

• Creating structured testing roadmaps and ensuring learnings are implemented at scale

• Reporting on growth performance in a way that drives decisions, not confusion

And importantly… leading the marketing team:

• Coaching the team to think analytically, move fast, and execute with impact

• Creating a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement

• Ensuring the team is focused on the highest-impact work, not just busy work

• Providing clear direction, feedback, and development plans

What we need from you:

• A degree/diploma in marketing, business, or similar

• 5+ years experience in ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing

• 2+ years experience managing or mentoring a team

• Strong hands-on experience in ecommerce growth, CRO, and performance-led optimisation

  Comfortable working with ecommerce analytics tools and translating data into actionable growth insights

• Confidence working with data, tools, and cross-functional teams

• Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
