Digital Marketing Specialist - Video, Media Editing & AI (Remote/Hybrid)

Role Overview

MySigrid is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in video production, media editing, and AI-assisted content creation.

This role will be responsible for producing compelling digital content, managing multichannel marketing campaigns, and strengthening our online presence. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with data-driven marketing and can independently transform ideas, briefs, and raw footage into polished content that generates engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Video and Media Production

• Plan, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, advertising, websites, webinars, recruitment campaigns, and client communications.
• Turn raw footage, interviews, screen recordings, and existing materials into polished, engaging content.
• Create reels, TikTok-style videos, YouTube content, testimonials, promotional videos, explainers, and motion graphics.
• Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and brand elements.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short clips and platform-specific content.
• Perform basic audio enhancement, color correction, image retouching, and thumbnail design.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across all content.

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute content plans across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, email, and other relevant channels.
• Create campaign concepts, content calendars, scripts, captions, landing-page copy, and promotional materials.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by producing creative assets and testing different formats, messages, and calls to action.
• Manage content publishing, scheduling, community engagement, and campaign coordination.
• Apply SEO principles to website, blog, and video content.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, leads, conversions, and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with sales, recruitment, operations, and leadership teams on campaigns and business priorities.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats.

AI-Assisted Content Creation

• Use generative AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, copywriting, editing, design, and content repurposing.
• Create effective prompts and repeatable AI-assisted workflows for marketing production.
• Use AI video, image, voice, captioning, transcription, and enhancement tools where appropriate.
• Review and refine all AI-generated material to ensure accuracy, originality, brand alignment, and natural human quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation and AI.
• Follow company standards for confidentiality, intellectual property, and responsible AI use.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, video editing, multimedia production, or a closely related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video editing, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Strong working knowledge of graphic-design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Practical experience with AI tools for content generation, editing, design, transcription, or workflow automation.
• Excellent visual storytelling, pacing, typography, composition, and sound-editing skills.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific formats, and content best practices.
• Ability to write clear scripts, captions, headlines, and marketing copy.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing professional services, remote staffing, virtual assistance, B2B services, or recruitment solutions.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and creative performance testing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and social scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, landing-page builders, and lead-generation funnels.
• Experience recording or directing interviews, webinars, testimonials, or podcast content.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, or similar tools.
