entries and reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop to maintain accurate files and generate Profit and Loss statements.\nReconcile company checkbooks and credit card purchases to ensure all records are current.\nComplete month-end closing tasks, including report preparation and documentation organization.\nKeep organized electronic and paper records for all financial activity while following internal controls.\nResearch and resolve transaction discrepancies by coordinating with our team and external vendors.\nCollaborate closely with the accountant to provide all necessary financial statements and documentation for tax preparations.\nRequirements\n Significant prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting (US acctg is preferred).\nProficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.\nStrong English communication skills\n Experience in handling payroll\nExperience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel) and payroll platforms (Paychex Flex preferred).\nExceptional
