The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend applications and integrating AI/ML services into enterprise applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Python.\n\n- Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI.\n\n- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.\n\n- Design and implement backend services integrating AI/ML models and AI-powered applications.\n\n- Develop APIs to expose AI capabilities to internal and external applications.\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of Python backend developers.\n\n- Drive technical decisions, architecture discussions, and problem-solving initiatives.\n\n- Manage team allocation, task prioritization, and delivery timelines.\n\n- Coordinate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development.\n\n- Expertise in FastAPI framework and REST API development.\n\n- Experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems and microservices.\n\n- Good understanding of AI services, AI/ML integrations, and model-serving architectures.\n\n- Experience working with LLM-based applications and Generative AI services.\n\n- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized
