This is a unique opportunity to learn how to execute projects at the interface of engineering and biology with a direct impact to patients.\nCore Responsibilities:\nProvide technical leadership in the set up and operation of Mytos Bio’s CDMO site in Stevenage. Travel between London and Stevenage sites will be required where necessary.\nLead process development and analytical method development projects in line with customer requirements.\nPlan and execute technology transfer activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.\nDrive continuous process improvement through the implementation of best practices, methods, and high quality standards.\nSupport resource planning and timeline development for new projects.\nHelp build out the teams technical capabilities by supporting hiring efforts and mentoring colleagues.\nSupport business development activities through direct client engagement and involvement in the drafting of sales proposals.\nSkills & Experience\nRequired:\nPhD in Cell Biology (or related discipline) with 3+ years of industry experience, or 5+ years of relevant industry experience.\nSubject matter expertise in cell therapy development and manufacture across the PD → MSAT → cGMP pipeline.\nSubject matter expertise in optimising human stem cell culture (ESC/iPSC), differentiation, and characterisation under cGMP conditions.\nStrong understanding of regulatory requirements for cell therapy manufacture (MHRA, EMA, or FDA).\nExperience authoring quality documentation for cGMP manufacturing and QC.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, manage and deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies.\nStrong experimental design and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills across multiple levels (customers, team members and inter departmental).\nExperience in a line manager capacity.\nDesired:\nPrior experience developing cell therapy products that have been taken to Phase I clinical trials or beyond.\nPrior experience working in or with CDMOs.\nSalary and
