Our team is currently focused on scaling performance management and compensation programs, employee engagement, leave programs, learning pathways, and policy infrastructure to keep pace with the business. You’ll need to be a proactive, business minded partner to own programs that help people do great work and thrive here, in a fast moving manufacturing and robotics environment.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn and run core People Programs including but not limited to the performance program, and the engagement survey, from design through analysis to action planning and implementation\nPartner with business leaders, managers, and team members as a trusted advisor, helping them solve people related challenges and develop ways to set people up to thrive at Mytra\nOwn our HRIS, making sure it works as a functional, reliable tool for the People team, managers, and employees, including data integrity, workflows, and self service access\nDevelop and update HR policies to reflect changing business needs and external legal requirements\nManage employee relations matters and investigations with sound judgment, discretion, and strong grounding in employment law\nActively coach and support managers and employees on performance management, including addressing underperformance and building accountability\nAdvise on compliance and practices for a mixed workforce, including contingent workers and non-exempt employees, with particular attention to California wage and hour law\nIdeal Candidates:\nHave proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner supporting a highly technical, manufacturing, or robotics/logistics environment\nHave strong working knowledge of California employment law, including wage and hour rules for non-exempt and contingent workers\nDemonstrate sound judgment handling employee relations issues and investigations, balancing empathy with clear accountability\nOperate independently, owning cross functional initiatives from problem to solution\nCommunicate clearly and directly, building trust with employees, frontline managers, and senior leaders\nBring a builder's mindset, comfortable creating or improving programs and policies from start to finish, while tackling and blocking tasks each day\nNice to have:\nHR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)\nBachelor's degree\nExperience supporting a company through a period of fast headcount growth or scaling\nA Final Note:\nIf this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t check every box.
