MyTraffic teams throughout project timelines, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions.\nJob Description : \n From day one, you’ll be coached by our Head of Lead Gen who will support your growth and help you ramp up quickly.\nYou’ll also be part of a real lead generation squad, working closely with two other Lead Gen to build and scale our prospecting machine together.\n\nBe a key player in our AI-powered GTM transformation\nWe're rebuilding our Go-To-Market engine with automation, AI, and data. As a GTM Engineer, you'll be at the center of this effort, designing and running AI-driven workflows that generate free trials and qualified meetings for our AEs across Public and Retail segments, in France and Europe.\nYou'll work closely with Revenue Ops, Sales, and Growth to build targeted lead lists, automate outbound flows, and help define how B2B acquisition works at scale.\nWhat you’ll Do: Build & Run\nWork daily with AEs to sharpen targeting, sources, and personas\n\nBuild high-quality lead lists using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and intent-based or ABM strategies\n\nBuild and run automated campaigns based on intent signals\n\nSet up workflows for lead capture, qualification, and handoff to the right teams\n\nRun outbound campaigns and automation for AEs\n\nExperiment
