calls, emails, and virtual meetings.\n\nSchedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and leadership.\n\nMaintain consistent follow-up with active leads until they are closed or disqualified.\n\nManage and update CRM records with complete and accurate information.\n\nTrack sales opportunities throughout the pipeline.\n\nDocument meeting notes, conversations, and next steps.\n\nFollow up on proposals and maintain communication with prospects.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Marketing and Leadership teams.\n\nParticipate in pipeline review meetings and contribute ideas for improving lead conversion.\n\nEnsure no qualified opportunities are lost due to lack of follow-up.\n\nRequirements\n\n2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Customer Success.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English (C1 preferred).\n\nStrong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.\n\nExperience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).\n\nHighly organized with excellent follow-up skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.\n\nComfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.\n\nSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail.\n\nReliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.\n\nNice to have\nExperience working with B2B clients.\n\nExperience selling professional services or IT services.\n\nPrevious experience in marketing-to-sales lead management.\n\nFamiliarity with sales pipelines and conversion
