Explore opportunities with us for a career in a supportive environment where you can learn and grow.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nLead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact\nAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines\nDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs\nReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors\nMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives\nCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals\nLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education\nHands-on experience developing enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 6+.\nStrong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.\nExperience building web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React.\nStrong experience in software engineering with Microsoft technology stack.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\n\nStrong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.\nExtensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.\nExperience developing and supporting SSIS packages, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.\nExperience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core.\nExperience with SOAP and REST Web Services.\nExperience across the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.\nExperience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Azure DevOps, UDeploy, Liquibase, SonarQube, or equivalent.\nExperience managing multiple application environments (Development, QA, UAT, Production).\nAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of application security, vulnerability remediation, and secure coding practices.\n\nJob Expectations:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\nPosting End Date:\n\n5 Oct 2026\n\nWe Value Equal Opportunity\n\nWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
