In this role, you will own the mobile development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing and release, while upholding engineering excellence and product quality.\nYou will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and continuously improve our mobile platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native and Expo.\nOwn the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and release.\nImplement and maintain robust testing strategies, including automated testing for functional, regression, and performance coverage.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.\nAnalyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve product stability.\nOptimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient testing and deployment.\nDefine and track engineering and quality metrics to continuously improve delivery standards.\nConduct risk assessments and proactively implement mitigation strategies.\nReview code, enforce best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality.\nMentor and support other engineers, contributing to a strong engineering culture.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of mobile development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in React Native and Expo.\nProficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.\nSolid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.\nExperience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or similar).\nStrong experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.\nFamiliarity with native modules and bridging between React Native and iOS/Android.\nProven experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds, testing, and deployment.\nHands-on experience with App Store and Google Play submission and release processes.\nStrong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nNice to Have\nExperience with testing tools such as Jest, Detox, and Appium.\nKnowledge of mobile security best practices.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\n Knowledge of native mobile development using Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android).\nExperience mentoring or leading engineers.\nWhat You’ll Love About Us:\nWork from Anywhere: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work or join us in a hybrid setup.
