The Coupa System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and stability of the Coupa platform. This role ensures smooth system performance by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and maintaining system configurations.
Key Deliverables:
Timely resolution of incidents and service requests based on SLA targets.
Enables high system availability and performance.
Effective communication to end users during incidents and changes.
Minimal disruption during Coupa releases and updates.
Continuous improvement of support processes.
Core Responsibilities:
Incident Management & Support: Monitor, log, prioritize, and resolve incidents.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix procurement, invoicing, and supplier issues.
End User Support: Communicate and assist users effectively.
System Administration: Manage roles, access, and configurations.
Change & Release Support: Assist in deployments and UAT.
Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes and documentation.
Role Requirements:
Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
Experience with Coupa administration.
Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.
Experience with incident management and troubleshooting Familiarity with ticketing tools.
