They bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms- like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery - and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. \nResponsibilities:\nTake features end-to-end across the Fullstack - from backend Scala (70%) engine APIs down to TypeScript (30%) UI components- without handing off work.\nLeverage AI tools across the development lifecycle for code generation, review, testing, and investigation, maintaining full ownership and accountability for everything you ship.\nMentor fellow engineers through code reviews, onboarding, and unblocking technical hurdles to continuously raise the team's engineering standards.\nNavigate incomplete requirements independently by resolving ambiguity, proposing clear technical approaches, and driving execution forward.\nCollaborate asynchronously via strong written communication across remote teams in the US, Latin America, and Europe.\nRequirements:\nYou bring 7+ years of experience building, owning, and shipping production software end-to-end.\nYou possess strong backend engineering skills with functional programming experience, specifically in Scala.\nYou are fluent across the stack, with demonstrated experience in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.\nYou have deep expertise in SQL along with a working understanding of relational databases and query behavior.\nYou hold a track record of mentoring engineers, raising the technical bar, and thriving in fast-paced environments with asynchronous, written communication.\nYou are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.\nYou value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.\nYou have experience with semantic layers, OLAP, dimensional modeling, or shipping LLM/AI-backed features to production (Nice to Have).\nYou have experience with Kubernetes, containerized deployments, or BI/cloud data tools like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Tableau (Nice to Have).\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
