You will play a key role in driving backend development, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and high code quality while mentoring team members and contributing to technical decision-making.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications using C# and .NET\nTake ownership of backend architecture and technical solutions\nLead and mentor developers, fostering engineering excellence and best practices\nParticipate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions\nImplement and promote best practices in software development, testing, version control, and CI/CD\nBuild and maintain scalable APIs and distributed systems\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery\nIdentify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience in Backend Development using C#/.NET technologies\nStrong expertise in modern .NET ecosystem and backend application development\nSolid SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL\nStrong experience designing, building, and consuming APIs, including concepts such as caching, rate limiting, queues, and performance optimization\nExperience with messaging systems and asynchronous communication patterns (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or similar)\nDeep understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architecture best practices\nExperience with microservices architecture\nHands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing\nKnowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security best practices\nExperience with structured logging and observability practices\nExperience using Git and GitHub workflows\nKnowledge of MVC architecture\nUnderstanding of HTTP protocols and web technologies\nBasic knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS\nStrong communication and leadership skills\nUpper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken\nPositive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively within a team\nActive GitHub profile with private repositories available for review\nNice to Have\nExperience with Blazor\nKnowledge of gRPC\nExperience with Angular and reactive programming principles\nUnderstanding of Scrum/Agile development methodologies\nExperience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
