The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), Kubernetes, developer toolsets, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of modern Platform Engineering tools and practices, as well as a commitment to fostering a responsive, communicative, and collaborative environment. This role requires on-call duties.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.\nDevelop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.\nDeploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes(some experience).\nSupport the development and management of production Kubernetes clusters in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).\nManage and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS to support scalable and secure applications.\nAdminister and optimize source code repositories and workflows in GitHub.\nCollaborate with development teams to enhance developer toolsets and streamline SDLC processes.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.\nImplement best practices for security, reliability, and performance.\nCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience in a platform engineering or similar role.\nProficiency in Golang or Python(or any other languages) for scripting and automation.\nProven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.\nProven knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and experience with ArgoCD.\nHands-on experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.\nProven experience with AWS cloud services.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.\nExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.\nProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Github runners and other CI/CD tools and platforms.\nKnowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.\nExperience with observability tools such as Prometheus, ELK and Grafana stacks.\nCertification in AWS or Kubernetes and experience with Backstage is a plus.\nExperience with kOps is a plus.\nKnowledge of Cilium CNI is a plus.\nGood networking knowledge.\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
