Join N-iXand become part of a team where your ideas make a real impact.\nWe are looking for a skilled Middle Manual QA to join the team. \nAbout the project:\nOur customer is a full quote-to-cash ERP/PSA used by field service companies (system integrators) that install and maintain physical equipment - AV systems, security cameras, fire alarms, HVAC. The platform covers several modules. It is sold as an all-or-nothing product today - no modular subscriptions.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop robust test conditions, cases, scripts, and data in line with agreed quality standards to ensure high detection of non-conformance.\nExecute test cases as specified by the Test Plan using appropriate testing tools.\nRecord detailed test evidence and actual results against expected outcomes, maintaining records for future reference.\nIdentify, document, and track bugs/defects in accordance with Defect Management procedures through to resolution.\nReport progress, risks, and unresolved issues.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to develop test cases and work with the development team to structure and plan test execution.\nReview and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents\nAct as an advocate for the quality assurance team, ensuring correct QA processes are followed through strong collaboration and negotiation.\nIdentify and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of commercial experience in Web and backend manual testing.\nSolid understanding of QA theory, methodologies, and SDLC models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)ю\nExperience using and managing Test Management Systems (TMS) such as Qase or TestRail .\nExperience and understanding of the Test Management process\nHands-on experience with SQL (querying, data validation, stored procedures, test data management)\nSolid understanding of software development lifecycle\nPractical experience leveraging AI in QA processes (requirements analysis, test case generation, test data creation)\nFluent English (B2 as a minimum);\nExcellent communication skills, including presentation and knowledge sharing experience\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
