If you enjoy building platform foundations with clear business impact, this team offers a high-impact and highly collaborative environment.\nYour Responsibilities:\nOwn and deliver features and bug fixes end-to-end following our SDLC process.\nUtilize AI tools intensively to increase our ability and pace to deliver software.\nFollow best practices around our core stack.\nContribute to improving how we program, test, review, and ship code.\nFlag process gaps and propose pragmatic improvements.\nProvide constructive code review and solve complex problems together.\nQuickly build practical depth in Growth Platform Team domains.\nContribute meaningfully to new feature design and implementation.\nCollaborate with Product, Tech Lead, frontend, and data colleagues on contracts and acceptance criteria.\nYour Profile:\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with 3 to 5 years of professional backend engineering experience.\nStrong production experience in Python, with hands-on expertise in FastAPI (or equivalent frameworks like Flask/Django REST) and relational databases like MySQL (using SQLAlchemy or similar ORM).\nDemonstrated experience building and running resilient REST APIs and\ncomplex business/financial logic.\nHands-on experience developing logic for user eligibility, marketing attribution, or automated payout/commission rules is a strong plus.\nComfortable making reviewed UI updates in TypeScript / React / Next.js\n Practical familiarity with AWS core services (ECS, S3, Secrets Manager) and standard engineering tooling (Git, CI/CD, pytest, Jira, Scrum).\nStrong collaborative approach, fluent in English, and comfortable operating as an Individual Contributor focused on execution.\nNice to Have:\nExperience withDocker, Terraform, Kafka, or feature flag management.\nExperience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Contentstack) or prior fintech/marketplace background.\nGerman language skills.\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
