As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key supporting role in our recruitment team, helping recruiters identify and engage tech talent for middle-level to leadership positions and supporting the company's growth.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, develop your sourcing expertise, and contribute to challenging projects. If you are curious, analytical, and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you!\nWhat You’ll Do\nActive Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates based on vacancy requirements using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, social networks, and other channels.\n\nResearch & Sourcing Strategies: Apply a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to build relevant talent pools for open positions.\n\nATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about candidates and all interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nCollaboration: Participate in briefing sessions with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and contribute to effective search strategies.\n\nTalent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience: 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment and/or sourcing.\n\nEnglish: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.\n\nResearch Skills: Strong research capabilities and creativity, with the ability to learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and develop effective sourcing strategies.\n\nCommunication: Solid communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates.\n\nOrganization & Attention to Detail: A structured, organized, and data-focused approach to work, with strong attention to detail.\n\nAnalytical Mindset: The ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and make informed sourcing decisions.\n\nCuriosity & Learning: A strong desire to learn, explore new approaches, and continuously develop professionally.\n\nTeamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.\n\nWe offer*:\nFlexible working format -
